Care of Children’s Eyes:

The health of your children’s eyes is so much more than just completing a form for school. We perform Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary School exams as well as High School and College check -ups. We will make sure your required form is filled out and we will suggest and provide any vision correction necessary to help your child succeed during the school year. Dr. Costello is very experienced in selecting vision correction including contact lenses for children at many ages. In addition, we will suggest protection from the sun and the all important discussion of “screen time’s” effect on eyes of all ages and what can be done. Blue light protective lenses, just to name one possibility, as well as a discussion on how to limit screen time are discussed.
